Dr. Anwar Khan Model Academy is located in Char Pottoni, Hijla, Barishal. Here, we have installed a submersible pump (arsenic-free) and built an ablution area (wudu khana) for a mosque. Mr. Selim Mahmud has donated 15 decimals of land for the academy. We have spent approximately one million BDT (10 lakh taka) to construct three classrooms here, where we offer education up to the fifth grade—covering Bangla and English alongside Quranic studies. We also bear the cost of the teachers’ salaries.
